Eventually.....

I talked to my HR last Friday regarding my termination notice. I asked them if they have decided about that matter and prepared the reply letter. They eventually told me that there might be an issue if they proceed with the claim. I told them, it is certainly an issue and totally wrong to extend my termination period from one month to two months on the basis of receiving an increment from them.

I told them I did studying the Malaysian Employment Act and the only thing that they can do to change the termination notice is to prepare a new offer letter which clearly says that they amended some rules and regulations under which clause or so, and being properly informed and signed by both party.

May be because they were not convinced with my answer or probably they want to know what options available for them, they called the Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF). Unfortunately for them, the MEF informed that in this case, my termination notice shall remain as what stated in my letter of appointment. We came to a verbal agreement that my termination notice shall remain at 1 month.

I am glad, this matter has been solved without much hassle. Now I can focus on other things which I had left behind just to prepare for the worse of this. I hope and I want to believe, that there will be no more scenes after this. They should always understand that I meant to quit gracefully from The Company.

Anyhow, I still keep my reply letter for future reference, and also to be ready for the unexpected. I am a sceptical person. And this is how my letter reads;


I would like to make my stand clear, that extending my termination notice from what actually stated and signed by both party in the original document is against and totally an act of breaching of contract agreed beforehand according to Law of Malaysia Act 265 (Employment Act 1955), which clearly stated;

Notice of termination of contract
Section 12.
(1) Either party to a contract of service may at any time give to the other party notice of his intention to terminate such contract of service.

(2) The length of such notice shall be the same for both employer and employee and shall be determined by a provision made in writing for such notice in the terms of the contract of service,

02 Thus, under subsection 12(2), notice of termination SHALL be based on the CONTRACT OF SERVICE, and not LETTER OF INCREMENT. There is no way The Company can justify its reason to extend the notice of termination as clearly stated in my letter of appointment signed on the (XXX) under Clause XX:

4. TERMINATION
During probation period, your employment may be terminated by either party upon giving to the other party one (1) month’s notice or salary in lieu of notice without assigning any reason therefore. On confirmation either party can terminate the employment by giving one (1) month’s notice in writing or pay in lieu.

03 Aside from that, referring to my annual increment notice as follows;

1. XXXX and;
2. YYYY

I do not find any statement regarding changes of Termination Notice as you falsely and unlawfully claimed. In fact it clearly says that “OTHER TERMS AND CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT REMAIN SAME”

04 I would like to concur that this Term & Condition of Employment is referring to the terms stated in my Letter of Appointment (Ref: X) under Clause XX as mentioned above.

05 I believe The Company has gone against the Malaysia Employment Act 1955, by unlawfully extending my Termination Notice from one (1) month to two (2) months. It is not to be called a CONTRACT if the amendment was made without the acknowledgement of both party and signed thereafter.

06 I would like to make clear that:

(i) Terms and Conditions of a contract of service must be made not lesser or lower than the provisions stipulated under the Act,

(ii) If the Terms and Conditions, in the contract of service, found to be lower than what is provided under the Act, the contract becomes null and in-effective. It shall be replaced by the terms and conditions according to the Act.

Therefore, I require The Company to make an official statement to amend this issue, and re-issue a reply in accordance to the Malaysia Employment Act 1955.

07 Failing to do so, I assume The Company had breached the contract of service, and below statement shall apply:

(i) In the event of wilful breach of contract on either party, the other party may terminate the contract without notice.

08 In the event of failing to pay my wages accordingly, I would not hesitate to take this matter to the Department of Labour for further jurisdiction of the case as I have ample proofs of the contract’s violations.

09 Please be informed that this is not a threat to The Company, but to defend myself against any injustice to my right as an employee reserved by the law.

The Smell

Yesterday I received call from my HR saying that my termination notice should be 2 months and not 1 month as stated in my apointment letter. I was reluctant to accept that by saying HOW COME??

She said, last increment they made it clear and if i am not to agree with it, they will have to retain back all my increment which means deducting my salary out of it. I asked them to show me the evidence. I said, i will based on my letter of appointment's contract. In the end, she said she will reply me back.

I do not know if she was just joking, but i need to prepare myself for the unexpected. Back home, i searched for watever increment notice that i received, and indeed there is no such statement regarding the notice period. I tried to recall, because if i am not mistaken, they changed the notice period, but for only new employees who start working in 2006.

I do not know, why only this time they make this an issue. Anyhow, i cannot say further until i receive their official reply on this matter. As a precaution, I am doing my homework to identify my rights as an employee according to the Malaysia Employment Act 1955.

So far i had drafted my reply, and will attack back if my rights is being denied. As for now, we can only wait and see. Hopefully things will get as less problematic as it suppose to be.

The Terminkor

Today, I officially declared myself into a recession. God saves me. I need to make a comprehensive plan about my cash flow, and follow my budget allocation strictly. I managed to understand one thing about this economy downturn….. All the stimulus packages is only meant to soften the crash, anyway it will still going to happen. The equation is like this;

Stimulus = Parachute

With parachute, you may land safely and probably with minor injury. Recovery will be faster too.

I had a weird dream this afternoon. It’s about flood. I saw a lot of car moving on a road which is used to be a river (I don’t know when). But in a sudden, the disaster started. Water in a middle of nowhere starts to rise.

It caused a massive jam as it stops the car from moving. I watch everything from the bridge, and the bridge started to shake. I asked my twins to run with me, going somewhere to the hill. It started to rain heavily, and I need to call my family out of my uncle’s house. My twin doesn’t want to go with me.

At the same time, I am not sure whether they are in that house…. I just felt that they were all there. That’s it. Its end there before I wake up and realize that there is scratches on my leg. I don’t know where I get it as I didn’t knock on any object or bushes or whatever can cause such thing.

Anyhow, today is a bright day. I managed to run about 4.2 km…. and this is a pic which I took using my new Sony Ericsson W980i.

It's Friday.....

Today is Friday. I remembered very well, when I woke up from bed, that today I should avoid eating meat. I remembered it very well. Upon reaching my company, once again I told myself, that during breakfast, don’t pick up meat. I parked my car, and punch in and put my notebook in place and straightaway go to the canteen.

I took fried rice in small portion, put some curry and had a half-cup of coffee. When I reached to the payment counter, it’s just so strange to see me eating fried rice with curry without egg or sausage.

I don’t know why during that moment of thinking; I really think that egg is bored. I don’t realize that my hand automatically picks up the chicken sausage… and ate it more than half without realizing that I should not eat any meat today….

My friend laughed at me when I said….. “I thought sausage is made from egg”.

The Crossroad

Today, I officially send my resignation letter to the HR. I had been waiting for this moment and I love the feeling of resigning. Shortly after that, the HR manager called me. He returned my resignation letter, and saying that my resignation is not accepted. They asked me to reconsider my decision.

This Friday, my immediate boss will return from oversea trip. He will talk to me regarding the current situation. So far, I haven’t retracted my resignation or the job offer, but I am giving a chance for my boss to say his view, and I am listening. Come to Friday, I will decide what my final decision would be.

For the time being, I am shielding myself to keep me away from making any decision based on any influence. By the way, a V.I.P will be visiting me this Sunday. I think I will have a lot of things to talk and share with her. Just now, she texted me….. “We are on our crossroad”

Now i have to go for my running session. I must improve my flabby belly. See you again.

My Resignation

I am in the midst of preparing my resignation letter. I plan to send it by Thursday if everything goes smoothly. This is my tentative plan. I cannot disclose more..... Let us see what happen. May the 1Q 2009 Plan will take it course. Hopefully the wave of the economy downturn will not spoilt it..... again?

I have 2 shorts which i have been used for 5 years. So I bought another two..... which only cost me about RM 80.00..... I didn't plan to buy at the first place, but I think it is a good deal, good promotion..... so without thinking a sec, I grab it.

The Gadgets

I sell my Omnia. Not because it looks ugly, but it does not meet my requirement. It does not functions the way i want it to be. Of course i loss money in the trade. But i think it has to be done now, since PDA phone second hand price drop very fast. It has low trade in value. I thought it was good to let it go as a liability.

But, somehow I kinda feel something missing..... like something has been taken out of me. May be because it has been with me all this while, and i am used to have it everywhere. I missed the game and the GPS. This two have done such a great job to entertain me and to lead me to some important places. You know, i am directionless.... hehehehehe.

I am looking for a HP which can fulfill my requirement. I am not gonna tell you what my requirements are, but I think, this should do it well. Introducing my new Sony Ericsson W980i. I don't realized earlier, that actually I just need a simple, basic functional HP.

But..... being directionless, I need another device to help me to do the 'memorizing' job. I hardly remember road or direction. I followed signboard, which sometime not really reliable. So, I bought my new Garmin Nuvi 205 GPS Device. And so far, it works well.

The Rendezvous

I woke up at 4:30a.m today…. As I need to catch a scheduled flight to Penang at 6:55 a.m. Penang? Yes I am going to Penang for some personal matter which I am not going to disclose here. I managed to get there on time, parked my car at LCCT car park which will cost me around RM30 for the parking fee alone. Did I tell that I am going for a short trip? Because later around 9 p.m, I will be catching another flight to KL as tomorrow I have to work.

All this while I thought Air Asia flight is a non reserved flight. But to Penang, all seats were reserved. I don’t realize that my seat number was printed on my boarding pass….. I end up seating next to a girl even though there were a lot of empty seats available.

This girl is very weird. She sits next to the window at her right side, but keet looking at the other window to check the outside view. Normally I like to look outside during takeoff and landing. But due to this girl’s weird behaviour I had to keep my head straight otherwise I will have to look straight at her face. It is very uncomfortable for me to look somebody straight at his/her face at a very short distance. That is the first thing.

The second thing is, she cannot stop from moving. Move here, move there, turn here and there….. There were 4 times she hit my hand at the arm rest. I think it was due to the large handbag that she carries along with her. I don’t know why she didn’t put it at the compartment. A lot of things inside there…. Books, towel, makeup, keys….etc etc

Shortly before landing, she looks for something. … her hand phone…. I thought we supposed to keep it off until reaching the terminal? And because of too much of movement, suddenly she accidently dropped her hand phone. She tried to reach it under the chair. But she cannot because her back is not flexible enough to bend, and her handbag is too big for her to squeeze herself in her effort to reach her hand phone.

She tried to ask a help form the passenger at the back…. But I think that passenger were asleep… she tried again and again… and look at me. I just ignored..... Even though I asked myself, why not be a gentleman and help her… but the other side of me said… peduli dia!! Siapa suruh telampau banyak begerak… I kept my head straight, pretending like nothing happened…. And indeed I cannot look outside during landing…. She once again without fear, enjoyed the view through the opposite window!!

The clock now shows at 7:03 p.m. I am now waiting for my flight back to KL and enjoying my meals at McD. I managed to take some pictures. Bayan Lepas International Airport is so dull. It doesn’t change since 4 years ago, the very first time I set my foot here. It became old and older, ugly and uglier.

My laptop running out of power now. So I have to stop here before it turns into hibernation mode.

Lupa Diri

1. Ada sesetengah di kalangan orang Sabah yg nyata sekali tidak menghargai dari mana mereka berasal, budaya, bahasa dan asal usul mereka. Mereka ini berasa malu mengakui atau bermanifestasi secara langsung bahawa loghat mereka ini berbeza daripada orang-orang yg berasal dari Semenanjung.

2. Secara umumnya, loghat yg digunakan oleh orang Sabah ini berbeza berbanding dengan loghat yg digunakan di semenanjung Malaysia. Bagi orang Sabah yg berada di Semenanjung Malaysia, ramai di antara mereka yg berasa malu untuk menggunakan loghat asal kerana kononnya malu ditertawakan oleh orang lain.

3. Walaupun bukan semuanya demikian, namun pada hari ini saya menyaksikan lagi suatu keadaan di mana saya berasa sangat mau muntah melihat gelagat orang-orang Sabah yg tidak tahu malu ini.

4. Sekumpulan orang Sabah yg merasa diri mereka ini elit, kononnya dapat menguasai loghat percakapan semenanjung dengan fasih, mentertawakan seorang yg lain, kerana menggunakan loghat bahasa sabah yg pekat.

5. Mereka ketawa terbahak-bahak kerana bagi mereka ianya merupakan suatu yg lucu. Tetapi mereka tidak sedar, seluruh ahli keluarga dan saudara mara mereka yg berada di Sabah pun menggunakan loghat yg sama. Mereka ingat mereka maju, moden dan sofistikated. Pthuiii!!

6. Kalau mahu diikutkah hati dan perasaan, mahu saja saya menyimbah air panas di muka mereka yg nyata sekali tidak hensem dan tidak cantik. Walaupun banyak hal2 seperti ini yg saya perhatikan dahulu, tetapi kali ini merupakan yg paling menjijikan, dan meloyakan.

7. Bukan saya menyatakan tidak perlu berasimilasi dengan budaya atau loghat tempatan. Bak kata pepatah masuk kandang kambing mengembik, masuk kandang kerbau menguak. Tetapi janganlah sampai mentertawakan orang lain, dengan penuh kenikmatan dan keegoan.

8. Jika kau tidak menghormati diri sendiri, tiada orang yg akan menghormati engkau. Sekadar untuk mengingati termasuk diri sia yg selalu pelupa ini. Bagi mereka yg terasa, dipersilakan mengemukakan hujah-hujah protes kerana pada bila bila masa saya bersedia menjawabnya. Sekian harap maklum.

Thought of Friday.....

I am glad, today is Friday. I was busy thinking about my job, my career. Indeed, I contributed most of my time and energy to prepare myself, applying for jobs here and there, both government and private sector. I believe some people will think that I am crazy… looking for a job in this tough time? Might not be a good move, might be the opposite too. But, in the end, what I think is that matter.

I was a bit surprised as I lose 3kg from my total body weight. I had been exercising regularly for the past 4 weeks, with an intention of maintaining my health, as I am diagnosed with high cholesterol level. Today, one of my colleagues from other department which haven’t seen me for that period told me that I looked thinner. I checked it out and found that I indeed lose 3 kilos. Actually I want to maintain my ideal body weight which is 60kg. I guess I need to eat more from now onwards.

Next week will be marked a start of the Lent season. I will attend the Ash Wednesday Mass on the 25th February 2009 at 8.00pm. What is Ash Wednesday?

It is a day when we remember our mortality and mourn for our sins. We again convert our hearts to the Lord, who suffered, died, and rose for our salvation. We renew the promises made at our baptism, when we died to an old life and rose to a new life with Christ.

I didn’t realize that, next week will be the last week of February. There will be another one month before we can say, 1st Qtr of 2009. I still remember last year when I said, my plan will be accomplished within the 1Q of 2009. I do not want to say anything before the 1st Q of 2009 is over. Hopefully everything gonna be okay.

The Heart Desire.....

Today, I received a parcel from someone considered very special to me. I like it very much….. A lovely card, a VCD, drawings and even vitamins….. hahaha… She got a great talent and I really admire the work done.

The VCD consist a number of romance/love songs. Ngam ni dengar sambil mengelamun….. The Card contains a valentine message with my portrait…. Well, it’s actually how I looked like at four years ago, when I still have lots of hair and still young….. now, much different already…. Hahaha… anyway isn’t it wonderful? At least for me it is. BLEK!!

Asal Usul Valentine's Day

1. Dalam senarai para martir kuno, ada disebutkan 3 St Valentine yg berbeza, yg mana pesta kudusnya dirayakan sama-sama pada 14 February.

2. St Valentine yg pertama, adalah seorang paderi dan doktor di Rom. Ia bersama dengan St Marius dan keluarganya menghibur para martir pada masa penganiayaan oleh Kaisar Claudius II.

3. Pada akhirnya, St Valentine juga ditangkap, dijatuhi hukuman mati karena imannya, didera dengan pentung dan akhirnya dipenggal kepalanya pada tanggal 14 Februari 270.

4. St Valentine yang kedua adalah Uskup Interamna (sekarang Terni, terletak sekitar 60 batu dari Roma). Atas perintah Prefek Placidus, ia juga ditangkap, didera, dan dipenggal kepalanya, dalam masa penganiayaan Kaisar Claudius II.

5. St Valentine yang ketiga mengalami kemartiran di Afrika bersama beberapa orang rekannya. Tetapi, tidak banyak yang diketahui mengenai santo ini. Pada intinya, ketiga orang kudus ini, yang semuanya bernama Valentine, menunjukkan kasih yang gagah berani bagi Tuhan dan Gereja-Nya.

6. Kebiasaan mengungkapkan kasih sayang pada Hari St Valentine adalah secara kebetulan bertepatan dengan pesta sang santo. Pada Abad Pertengahan, terdapat kepercayaan umum di kalangan masyarakat Inggris dan Perancis bahwa burung-burung mulai berpasangan pada tanggal 14 Februari, “pertengahan bulan kedua dalam tahun.”

7. Chaucer menulis dalam karyanya, “Parliament of Foules” (dalam bahasa Inggris kuno): “Sebab ini adalah hari St Valentine, di mana setiap burung datang ke sana untuk memilih pasangannya.” Oleh karena alasan ini, hari tersebut diperuntukkan bagi para “kekasih” dan mendorong orang untuk mengirimkan surat, hadiah, atau tanda ungkapan kasih lainnya.

8. Walau nampaknya saling bertukar ucapan selamat valentine lebih merupakan kebiasaan sekular daripada kenangan akan St Valentine, dan meski perayaan lebih jauh telah dikafirkan dengan dewa dewi asmara dan semacamnya, namun ada suatu pesan Kristiani yang sepatutnya kita ingat.

9. Kasih Tuhan kita, yang dilukiskan amat indah dalam gambaran akan Hati-Nya Yang Mahakudus, adalah kasih yang penuh pengurbanan, yang tidak mementingkan diri, dan yang tanpa syarat. Setiap umat Kristiani dipanggil untuk mewujud nyatakan kasih yang demikian dalam hidupnya, bagi Tuhan dan bagi sesama.

10. Jelaslah, St Valentine - tanpa peduli yang mana - menunjukkan kasih yang demikian, menjadi saksi iman dalam pengabdiannya sebagai seorang imam dan dalam mempersembahkan nyawanya sendiri dalam kemartiran.

11. Pada Hari Valentine ini, seturut teladan santo agung ini, setiap orang hendaknya mempersembahkan kembali kasihnya kepada Tuhan, sebab hanya dengan berbuat demikian ia dapat secara pantas mengasihi mereka yang dipercayakan ke dalam pemeliharaannya dan juga sesamanya.

12. Setiap orang hendaknya mengulang kembali janji kasihnya kepada mereka yang terkasih, berdoa demi kepentingan mereka, berikrar setia kepada mereka, dan berterima kasih atas kasih yang mereka berikan.

13. Janganlah lupa akan sabda Yesus, “Inilah perintah-Ku, yaitu supaya kamu saling mengasihi, seperti Aku telah mengasihi kamu. Tidak ada kasih yang lebih besar dari pada kasih seorang yang memberikan nyawanya untuk sahabat-sahabatnya” (Yoh 15:12-13).

14. St Valentine telah menunaikan perintah ini, dan kiranya kita melakukan hal yang sama.

Wallet

The above picture is my wallet. I had been using it since early Matriculation and was the first wallet I ever had as I did not use any wallet before to keep my money, as a matter of fact that I did not have much money to keep.

I think it looks old, and whenever I put my coins inside, the coins always accidently drop out of a small hole at the bottom side of it. I don’t really intend to buy a new one, as I rarely can see any type catching my interest. But while walking around the shopping mall today, I saw one piece that look simple and attractive enough for me to have a look. So, I bought it at RM120.

So, here is my new wallet. I expect it to serve me for another 10 years, which means I only buy a new wallet in the next recession. I have this habit of buying wallet during economic crisis without knowing about it. But I don’t think in 10 years time from now will be another crisis. I guess only. No data to support my prediction as I talk with imagination. I like to talk with imagination. I had seen many facts being manipulated, in order to justify the failure of the bad system managed by ‘smart’ people.

The Spectacular Ignorance.

I decided to buy a new spectacle last year and after went through from one site to another, one brand to another, i think i found the one i like most. Its a Rodenstock Crossover. I bought it in July last year, as a replacement of the old one, which i had been used since I was in Matriculation.

After using it for some time, i think its great, because of the glass quality and the comfortable design. It is my habit to clean my spectacle every morning and night, both after shower, and i use my damp towel to wipe the glass....

Not until yesterday..... something happened. Can you guess whats wrong with it? Can you see what is not normal with me with my glass on?

It was not due to the spec's poor quality, rather than my own ignorance. A friend of mine told me before, how to handle and clean, and don't do this and that, otherwise this will happen. But, I ignored..... KOTOH!!

It's official. No salary annual increment for this year. Besides, the company decided to reduced their employees transportation allowance. There is nothing to be said here..... no complaints, no grumbles... everybody seems to be quiet. Well, we understand the current situation.

The Multiple

The Dinner
I was invited by Bran to his new house to join them BBQing last Sunday. Well, I was thinking, why not? Since I was all alone without anything to do beside my stupid compressor presentation. So, like I always did, after attended the sunset mass, I went to his new house. Quite difficult to find if you do not use GPS… hehe

I joined him BBQing, and straightaway help myself to enjoy his cooking. After that, I had a couple of beer before, and also some wine afterwards. We were playing some silly games, but very entertaining and interesting in my point of view.

I wasn’t that drunk during my way back home. But after arrived, I felt really terrible…. It was like I had consumed 10 cans of beers. The dizziness was killing me. I didn’t have any option than throwing out whatever I ate before, and went to sleep. I was told by Mr Bran, it was due to the mixing between beer and wine. Is that true? I don’t know…..

The Dream
That night, I was dreaming. A kind of bug bites me and went through my skin (arm). It moves around and tried get up to my neck. I can see it moves beneath my skin, and it really hurts. I tried to block its way to my neck, but it moves very fast and went to other way around when blocked.

I was a bit panicked, I finally decided to kill it by pressing it hardly, and I don’t know how possibly it was for me as I tear out my own skin to have it removed. And after removing that bug, I was surprised, that actually it was not a bug. It was a kind of black scorpion (not exactly the same, but I do not know what on earth that species is called)

After that, within the same day I went for a shopping. A light shopping I guess as I only want to buy one pack of water, vitamin C and a facial cleaner. I bought my Vit C and that facial cleaner which amounting to RM 86.++, then I went to Carrefour to get a drinking water. After finished, I pushed my trolley to the parking area, and loaded everything, and drove my way back home.

After that, I continued my presentation. Then I came to realize that while carrying my plastic bag, it was very light. I asked myself why?. It was a flash back. I rushed to check it only to know that my Vit. C and face cleaner was not inside. I was terrified. I left it inside my trolley…. It was like I just throw my money for nothing during this difficult time?

I was hesitate to go back, as I am quite sure it already gone. Anyway, I am not satisfied and thinking of any luck I might have. This is the most stupid trait I have and I cannot control it until now. I went back, knowing the chance of finding it back was very less. And I am not amazed at all. It had gone. Blessed be those who took it. I felt disappointed. And to counter back this disappointment, I bought another one which cost me exactly the same money. Fair enough. Lesson to learn…. Don’t trust luck!!!

Cholesterol

Today I received my blood test result. My concerned is about my cholesterol level. Anyhow, the latest result shows an improvement. My cholesterol level already reduced to almost a normal range. Just slightly higher.


Normal Total Cholesterol <5.2>

August Result = 6.3 mmol/L
Jan 09 Result = 5.3 mmol/L


Normal LDL Cholesterol <2.6>

August Result = 4.2 mmol/L
Jan 09 Result = 3.5 mmol/L

Normal Triglycerides <1.7>

Jan 09 Result = 1.3 mmol/L

How it can reduced?
1. Reduce meat intake, especially pork.
2. Increase vege n fruits consumption
3. Force to Eat more fish – sweet n sour (I don’t really like to eat fish)

I believe as I add up regular exercise in my health plan, my LDL will reduce further…. Will follow up after 3 months later…. Year 2009 is the time to live a healthy life… I am 27 man… 27 yrs old…. Ahh… muda lagi bah….

Continuous Alien

After attended The Air Compressor training last 2 days, this morning I was asked by my MD to prepare a presentation to teach about what I had learned there. In other words, I was required to transfer my knowledge to my colleagues and to him through formal presentation.

Rayner (reporting):
Last 2 days I attended training about Air Compressor. The topic covers about how to calculate required pressure, power, capacity and about designing and maintaining the air compressor. Apart from that, I also learned about the mechanism and structure of air compressor, various types available in the market and also in economic point of view when to go about buying one.

MD:
Did you learn something?

Rayner:
Of course .

MD:
Can you do maintenance?

Rayner:
The topic only covers about theoretical aspect of it. I did understand which parts need to be maintained, but if you ask me to do maintenance or servicing…. I cannot do.

MD:
That’s why I will transfer you to maintenance department.

Rayner:
No problem.

MD:
No problem?

Rayner:
Yes, No problem.

MD:
It‘s ok. Now you have to prepare a presentation and teach all of us here (6 members) including me.

Rayner:
When?

MD:
Tomorrow.

Rayner:
Tomorrow? But today and tomorrow I have another training.

MD:
So, the whole week, you only attend training?

Rayner:
The Admin forced me to go.

MD:
Ok. Then make it on the 29 Jan.

Rayner:……..

I was thinking, how should I teach a topic which seems to be very strange for me? I never deal with compressor before. Anyhow, I think I will learn about it during CNY holiday. I need to refresh whatever I was thought during the training. I believe I can do it. Just wait and see how I teach you something that I never done before. Hopefully I will not make you lost…. hahaha
